5-Step Easy Divine Mexican Guacamole

A gorgeous universal Mexican icon: Guacamole! 5-step recipe, 10 minutes preparation.
Ingredients
  • 3 large avocados, soft but firm (ripe)
  • 3 tablespoon white onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 Jalapeno chilies, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoon fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • ½ cup fresh tomato, finely diced
  • 1-2 teaspoon lime juice
  • Sea salt, to taste
Instructions
  1. Blend or mash 2 tbsp of white onion, 3 tbsp of coriander, jalapeno chili and salt into a paste. Set aside.
  2. Slice avocados in half, remove pit and scoop the pulp out. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  3. Roughly mash the pulp with the back of a fork or with a masher until creamy. Incorporate chili/onion paste, lime juice and mix well.
  4. Add remaining fresh onion, coriander and tomatoes. Mix and season to taste if required.
  5. Transfer to a smaller bowl and serve immediately.
